Process: I get images in a digital format from clients, i trace them using CorelDraw then export the line art as plotter(PLT) files, open the PLT file in LaserCut 5.3 and set up the machine to cut outlines and engrave the inner lines. After the laser machine have cut and engraved the artwork on polystyrene, it get painted and glittered then we have a finished product made out of polystyrene.

Roll Up banner: This is a mock up i did to show how the roll up banner for Las Vega Costumes is gonna look like when is finished. The environment and the roll up mock ups i designed using Adobe Photoshop.

Complex tracing: CorelDraw was used to trace the characters, then exported the traced samples to PLT- HPGL plotter file, opened them in LaserCut 5.3 to set up the machine to only cut the outline and engrave the inner lines. 

Tracing: I used CorelDraw to trace the detailed Spiderman character, then exported it to a PLT-HPGL Plotter file for laser cutting (Polystyrene cutout).
